Do you retain any customer information after the key fob duplication is complete?
We want to emphasize that we do not retain or store any of your data or personal information. Therefore, you can have peace of mind knowing that your key fob information will be automatically deleted from our records once you receive your new copy. However, we do provide a backup code service, which will be sent exclusively to you. It is your responsibility to keep this code secure and protected.
Can you copykey and key fobs for vehicles?
While we specialize in duplicating building, office, and apartment key fobs, we do not offer copying services for vehicle keys or key fobs. However, we have partnered with Pop-A-Lock, who specializes in automotive key duplication. If you need car keys copied, we recommend reaching out to Pop-A-Lock for their expertise in this area. They will be able to assist you with your automotive key duplication needs.
What should I do if the copied key fob or key stops working or malfunctions after some time?
If your key fob stops working or malfuctions after some time you can reach out to us or simply bring your fob copy along with the original to any of our stores. We will examine the malfuctioning copy and assess if it meets te requirements to be covered by our warranty
