If your key gets stuck or broken in the lock, we can’t help with that directly. You should call a locksmith. If you have any questions, message us and we can suggest some businesses, but the easiest thing is to Google a locksmith.

My House Key Has Snapped in Half, Can You Still Cut Me a New One?

You can try bringing both parts of the broken key, and we will attempt to cut a new one for you. However, we can’t guarantee perfect functionality since the machine might not trace it perfectly. But we’ve done it before and made it work.

If I Have Issues with My Newly Cut Key, What Should I Do?

Just bring the key back along with the receipt. No receipt, no refund. We can either refund or re-cut the key to fix any issues.

Do You Change Car Key Batteries?
